Due to the custom nature of personalized jewelry, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We encourage customers to review their personalization details carefully before finalizing their order to ensure satisfaction.
Do you offer private events / pop up requests?
Yes! All private events and pop up requests will be considered. Please send me a message on the "Contact Us" page and any details i may need to know (# of guests, location, date, hours) and I will get back to you on availability and pricing along with any other questions I may have.
What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our jewelry is crafted from 14k-24k gold plating over brass or stainless steel, along with durable alloys. We also have other listings that are crafted with 14k gold filled items which will be marked at higher a price. Please follow the jewelry care instructions to insure longevity.
How should I care for my personalized jewelry?
It is recommended to store it in a dry place, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, and clean it with a soft cloth. Utilize the 5 S's - Remove when Sleeping, Showering, Swimming, Spraying and Sweating to maintain the beauty and integrity of your jewelry. Let lotions and perfumes dry before wearing jewelry.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your designated address.
